I heard staff members using profanity in kitchen area at breakfast, employee telling that she didn’t care about her job. Other employees sitting in dining area on cell phones every morning.Food on buffet was overcooked and coffee was lukewarm. Employee are more sociable with each other than with the guests. What a bunch of poorly trained people. This is not a guest first property.

I figured I'd pay a bit more for a hotel that (on the outside) looked a little nicer. That was a mistake. The room smelled like a smoking room and there was hair everywhere (packed in the drains and all over the floor). We ended up at a different hotel in Elyria (Holiday Inn Express) the next night and it was $100 /night cheaper and much, much nicer. Pass on this one, folks.
