I was getting ready to check out - took a shower 9:30 am and check out was 11 am. While i was in the shower- housekeeping knocked and opened the door. I stayed alone. And i only stayed one night. Couldnt they wait til i check out. When i checked out the front desk had bad attitude and aired my complain including the curtain rod in the shower that fell off.. but did not even apologize. Please do not stay in this hotel. I want a REFUND

Our stay was horrible, arriving 15 minutes after check in but had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready, was even given a room key and told to go check and see if it was clean and ready. Finally once it was ready we went to the room and after all of that was put in the wrong room that was booked, went back down and was given a different room, went into the room and it was so hot in the room, went to turn on the air only to find out the thermostat was broken and wouldn't turn on. Went back down again and was given another room and still not the room we paid extra money for and booked but at this point just decided to stay in it because we were just so overwhelmed and frustrated at this point. The man at the front desk acted like this was a normal thing and he didn't seem to care. The room was filthy, food and dirt on the carpets, couch was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on. Do not stay at this property as the staff couldn't care less and it is extremely horrible. Even wrote a message to the hotel manager and haven't been responded to so I am assuming that they have the same attitude as their staff. Horrible place.

Ants noticed by kids in the bathroom early morning if check out. Website has pictures of 1 bedroom suite, which I thought I booked, but all rooms considered suites. I usually never book a room with kids with just one TV in living room. Room was decent. Kitchen was great.

Staff was helpful. First Suite we were in used to have a sofa bed, but had been removed. Under the cushions was some sort of board that had been screwed to the couch to cover the void that used to be the pull out bed. Moved to a second Suite with an actual sleeper sofa, which was broken. We were able to pull it out, but some of the rods were laying on the floor. We left it open the whole weekend, because we weren't sure if it would come back out again.
