Some of the staff are not friendly. Just getting a towel takes forever. However, I will be remiss if I fail to give credit to a hardworking employee named Felisha, who went out of her way to help me. Otherwise, the service is a disaster. I nearly missed a meeting waiting to get a towel.

Pros: The room was spacious, great location. Cons: The tub was stained, the bathroom vanity beat up, the stand up lamp had to be unplugged to turn it on or off, the parking lot exit didn't work one time trying to leave.

Terrible property. Staff was rude. Would not give me the room I ordered and would not give me any money back. No maid service even though requested. No pool towels and when I asked for regular towels for the pool they refused. When I asked for more towels for the room they refused. Parking lot was gated and the gate would not work causing a 30 minute delay getting out. Hotel blamed Expedia for reserving the wrong room when it was the hotel that gave my room away due to late check in and had to share a bed instead of having the two beds I reserved hotel would not switch rooms. I blame both Expedia and Hilton and will no longer use either the site or a Hilton hotel. Do not stay here.
