This place was full sketchy people. The room was falling apart everywhere. They have roaches and bed bugs. We left the second day because we seen roaches and bed bugs. The front desk clerk illegally asked me for proof of my service animals and everyone knows that is against the law. The night clerk that I showed the bed bug to acted like he didn’t have a clue what to do and told me to wait until the morning. I was not sleeping another second in that room with my family. I will never stay here again. They are the worse. If I could give no stars I would.

After staying a week we had to move because of falsely being accused of bringing oxygen tanks into the room

Ro start the property and walk ways w we're not plowed. Check in went smoothly until I got into the room. Smelled like nasty food and air/heat was stuck on cold. Kitchen counter top was coming off the wall. So I switched rooms. Second room was dirty and noisy as well. Rooms have kitchen but no house wanted to cook or dine on. They do not offer coffee makers or any drinks in your room as well. It's ok if your just staying for a night or two. Just not for me.

Terrible experience, they gave us an hard time with changing the name of the reservations. Made us wait two hours in lobby with our kids. My daughter fell and started to cry and a daughter of there’s proceeded to come from around the front desk to shush my child

If I was the worse Extended Stay America I have ever been , dirty , old, stinky you named it, terrible experience, should have been rated 0 stars for sure not a status of hotel.

If you look at the hotel from the perspective 3-4 stars hotel that cost 2-3 times more money, it is terrible. My first room smelt like cigarettes and sheets weren't changed. I saw the fitted sheet was wrinkled on one side and body hair are still on the top. I went to a front desk (a manager left by that time), and they changed a room, and it was cleaner. I wasn't sure about sheets being new thought; however, even in expensive hotels they don't do it all the time. Overall, you get what you pay for. I work in the industry where we provide fast cheap medical services, and what i learned - better to spend extra 50 dollars, but better quality
