Staff was rarely available. Elevaror was incredibly slow. Exterior grounds was littered. I had to have one of my keys re-programmed 2 or 3 times. I have travelled for 18 years in 47 states. This was one of the 2 or 3 worst hotel stays I have ever had.

Room had no phone and no Wi-Fi….staff was very nice, but people need to be aware of this.

The location was great not far from anything. The staff was very pleasant. Only issue I had was the room not being as clean as it should have been. The floor had dust all over it and the bath tub had hair on the wall. Other than that I had a great stay and will book again in the future.

Terrible experience. cockroach’s on the sink and gum stuck to dirty floors. Marijuana odor as you checked in throughout the hallways. Absolutely horrible.

Room was not clean. Food spatter all on the walls and blinds. Mold around the tub. There was dog hair on the bathroom floor and hair on one of the bed sheets. Elevator is very very slow. The back door to the hotel stayed propped open so anyone could just walk in.
