Not A Good Idea
Posted 7 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe hotel isn't located in a great area. The management was friendly and helpful, but the room had roaches. I had to leave early, thankfully. But have not yet received my refund for additional 3 nights I was unable to stay.
I do not recommend this hotel.

I booked this room at around 12-1 am b/c i was travelling and needed somewhere to pull over and sleep. Paid for the room, got there 30 minutes later only to be told i couldnt get it b/c check in was at 3pm. Had to rebook a whole room, pay full price and lost money paid for original room. I do a lot of traveling and always book rooms late at night and NEVER had to deal with this. Very inconvenient! Also, with the time i booked there was no way to book for the day before. My ONLY option was to book for the days i booked.

Hello,you had book your reservation for September 1 to September 2. However you checked in on August 31 to September 1. How can we switche the Days not possible on our end.Sorry but you messed up your reservation.

Room was nice and clean. Only had 1 towels for a king room but when asked for another and extra shampoo they were quick to provide. Staff was extremely nice throughout how stay. Breakfast was basic but still good. We were on the road side so lots of traffic noise.
