Very rundown property. Bed had a sheet and a "wafer-thin" blanket--with no additional blankets in the room. There were also 3 small pillows for a king-sized bed. There was an ice bucket but not a single plastic cup from which to drink. Basic amenities were definitely lacking

My room was dirty,food left in a non working fridge,a lot of bugs,I have a video,than they didn’t want to refund my money,took 9 days.I’ll never stay there again,I’ll sleep in my truck

The room needing a better cleaning. Walls needed repaired. Toilet paper didnt have anything to hold it. I left my blanket and called to get it and they didnt have it. To open the door was so hard. Had to use your body to push it open. Guy ar frt desk was nice.

All staff there were very kind, good natured, and hrlpful. I had s bunch of questions as nd they made sure i had answers and felt comfortable with the car. Great customer service.
