"Airport shuttle service was a nice bonus. The walk to the off-site shuttle pickup was a little far for my companion with a rollator but we made it. Breakfast was lovely, room was clean and quiet. "

"Excellent place! Only gripe is the carpet in the room needs to be better secured to the floor. Staples getting us when going into the bathroom, and sticking noise near edges. Felt very safe, especially with the card needed to get to floor."

"Walkable to shopping, event centre, restaurants and a supermarket a short distance away so were not tempted by the minibar! "

"1. No place to get coffee in the morning. I was directed to stand in the long line for the dining room, be seated, and order just a cup of coffee. Most hotels of Cordis' quality have full urns of coffee and water in the lobby for guests. 2. The hourly shuttle to downtown is a great service. 3. There was a concierge that was never at his desk. I stood at the concierge desk waiting. He would pass by and briefly look at me and keep walking. I did not expect this in a high quality hotel like Cordis."

"Had a kitchenette with many items, but lacked paper towels. Included laundry in bathroom. Near by was Woolworth grocery and Saigonz restaruant. Many city sites were in walking distance. Bus stop was very close."

"Staff at all times were first class and nothing was a problem for them. The room was small but I was only there for one night so not a biggy. Very clean and so quiet. "
