More like a motel than a hotel
Posted 25 Mar 2024 on HotelsI booked this hotel for the close proximity to the airport and it had breakfast. I arrived at 1 pm but the receptionist informed me that check-in started at 2 pm. I literally sat in the lobby until my room key was given to me at 2 pm. I booked a cab for 530 am and asked if I can have a sack breakfast or a cup of coffee at that time but was told they don’t do that. ( Then I saw two staff members eating breakfast at 530am when I was checking out.) All 4 female staff were gathered outside to smoke and no one was able to help me with my WiFi password which was not provided upon check in. The room faced a big round- about across from a shopping mall. No view. Very limited TV channels and no English- speaking channels at all. This was more like a motel than a hotel. A lot of noise from other customers walking in front of my room.

Bien situé, en sortie de Rennes, accès centre commercial, transport en commun, centre ville pas loin.
