I loked the room and the breakfast. I wa there only briefly one night, but it "fit the bill".

Sheets, toilet and sinks clean, smelled musty, a/c had inches of grime on the vents, walls, doors, lights switches were filthy

The cost was so reasonable. we basically just wanted a place to crash for the night - so we weren't looking for luxury. The hwy in front of the hotel was busy, and construction workers pulling in and out in their big ole
work trucks were a bit noisy. But all in all, it was convenient, and there are a lot of places to eat nearby, and the Botanical gardens make for a fun stroll - and it's right down the road. All good.

Clean and served our purpose. Property seems old and rooms are not updated like other hotels, but it was clean, had a comfortable bed and the staff took pride in their work. Was cheaper than other hotels in the same area. I’d definitely stay there again.

Hot water wouldn’t work. Couldn’t get prompt repair.

The staff was nice but the room was gross ! And bed was so stiff , won’t be booking again
