"Old and needs updating for the cost we paid to stay."

"There was still sand on the floor after cleaning. Soap wasn’t refilled when it was gone. Some chipping at the paint in the bathroom sink. Overall, these are minor things. I love the location of the hotel and would stay there again. "

"Very clean property. Well maintained except hair dryer was clogged with dust and freezer was severely caked with ice. Both were replaced when asked. Never enough pool towels. I did see the got new bigger ones before we left, That will be helpful. Pool Lady is lovely. Enjoy her. Pool chairs are very uncomfortable. Bar hit you in back and hurts ?? Music is way too loud at night until like 11 pm. Especially the neighborhood bar. Over all lovely place. Will return !! "

"There was so much to do! I loved the pool and beach options. Your room comes with beach loungers and umbrellas that are set up for you by fabulous staff! There is a bar called Salty's right off the beach with awesome, fun drinks. There are several restaurants, including a higher end Italian restaurant with live music. There is also a cabana area with acoustic performs, firepits, and super comfy couches. Everything is easy to get to and well-maintained. There is also a lot for kids, including pool games, an arcade, paddle boats, and a giant water slide. Some areas of the property need some love and are under construction. "

"Under renovation when we stayed so everything (elevators, stairways, beach access) was taped off. The noise and dust were ridiculous. The beach was being worked on. Very limited kitchen items available. When we asked when the grinding of the concrete walkways would be done, we were told Tuesday yet it was still going on Friday when we left. I would dedinitely call and ask if they are still renovating before booking. It may be a great property if they are done. I would find another property if they are still working on it."
