Both rooms my friend and I stayed in were very dirty. Her sheets, blanket, and pillowcases all had stains and long dark hairs were in the bed, stuck on the blanket, and in the towels. My room was slightly cleaner but, again, long hairs in the towels. Just gross. There’s no water fountains or even water bottles for purchase in the vending machine. Breakfast was surprisingly limited - cereal, waffles, bread for toast. I can’t believe that there wasn’t even a little fresh fruit (bananas?). We were booked for two nights - only stayed one and booked elsewhere.

So many things, including bed bugs. We booked two nights and paid $100 deposit, and when we saw the room we immediately wanted to cancel and get the deposit back. I even said we had no problem paying for that night, since it was same day, but we had to get the police involved to get ANY of the money back, even tho we reserved approx 20 minutes before we checked in.

Our property is regularly treated by a licensed pest control company to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We can confirm that our mattresses are new, and any concerns regarding pest issues will be thoroughly investigated and addressed promptly. We would like to address your concern about the pet policy. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding a dog being presented as a service animal. While we welcome service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines, service animals to be properly under control, and we do not tolerate violations of our pet policy.as we have experienced similar issues with this guest group at other properties that why everyone is refused there service for this guest. Please provide right information that we kick you out and that why you making excuse for bed bugs. pet policy broken by you thats why ypu bring your pets from back door.

Wechecked in and paid $146 plus a cash deposit of $100. We went to the room, checked for bed bugs (found 8 roght away, killed them and put them in an envelope) went straight back down (only 3-4 minutes passed) to say we weren't staying there and to get our money back, and they refused. I told them we would pay for that night even tho we were not staying there, and thsy still refused to give the deposit back and the 2nd night payment. Front desk started yelling ( 2 coyples who were there to check in stated they would NOT be staying there. I called the police and they came and made them refund all charges. Filthy, awful room w/bed bugs which i specifically asked about before checking in.

They required a deposit to be refunded at he end of the stay. I e never had to do that at any other place. Tacky

Please provide right feedback he check out from the property at 7:30 am He was in our do not rent list still due to the whether we rent him room whenever some one else pay for there room they did not care about it.

Room was fine for our overnight stay. Nothing fancy, and a couple cracked tiles on the floor and the sink was also cracked but everything worked fine. Some folks would think that is unexceptable but it was nothing terrible.

I did not like the fact that we had our anniversary was going to stay in a cozy place but it turned out to be frigid. Advised at check in no pets so we was not allowed on the property until they were completely gone. My fiance could not get a hold of the one person that keeps our small furry babies when needed so we spent hours outside in the, cold,our anniversary ruined. As pet parents we feel that establishments like this with these policies are not places where the people are very helpful or friendly. I mean who don't love dogs,most importantly customer satisfaction goes out the window before the customer even sets foot in the place to me this is about the owners and their wishes rather than the customer and their needs
