Doesnt look the best from the out side but the rooms are decent for $100. I was pleased to get a nights rest in a clean room. They didnt even charge a deposit! Nice.

Nice spot on the lake

My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!

The hotel was just what we needed for our stay in Clearlake! Good price to lay our heads at night after a long day of visiting family in the area! Basic rooms with microwave and fridge but clean and tidy. We will stay here again!

If you want to have a nice trip don’t go here!

The lady working check I was extremely rude! The motel was disgusting. I’m surprise the place is in business! I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there! It was the worst motel I’ve ever been to!

They start was perfect! I just needed a place to rest before I hit the road again. The covers had burn marks as did the drapes. I’m sure this is do to the tweakers hanging out and smoking. They were nice enough tho and didn’t bother me. The room was comfy in spite of the decor being older. It wasn’t like I was moving in. The pool was open and the view of the lake was right behind it. Very nice indeed!

Not a safe or clean place to stay

I recently stayed at this motel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The entire place was extremely dirty, and I had to request new clean sheets upon arrival. Throughout the night, several people walked by, causing disruptions that made me feel quite unsafe. I would not recommend this motel for a single woman traveling alone. Additionally, my room had a strong smell of smoke, despite being listed as non-smoking, and the bedding had burn marks from cigarettes. The shower was also very dirty and practically unusable. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this motel to others.

Bad steeps to second floor

The steps to the second floor were long and very steep, the one nearest the office felt rickity and one of the steps broke while I was ther and had to be repaired. The repair was done wrong with the step that broke by setting it back and it made the step shorter and very unsafe.
