Reserved a king room, got a double on the 3rd floor. Elevator was broken. Was told it would take 5-7 business days to refund my money if I chose not to stay. Desk staff was rude and unhelpful.

Everything was good, and very clean congrats and thanks to the people who work at the hotel and keep the rooms clean. The people in reception very friendly.
