"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"Thankfully, we only needed a place to stay to break up a long journey. The whole building was unkempt and in need of updating. The bed was clean but uncomfortable, resulting in back pain. We were glad we had our own pillows. Plenty of hot water , clean white towels, but poor facilities. Thank you for the fridge and microwave....very useful"

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

We will be back !"
