The pet charge was a bit excessive. Staff/lady at front desk wasn’t very friendly.

Room smells horrible. I asked for a different room the day we checked in..was told nothing available. Explained that the room smelled terrible and we wanted an adjustment and we were told we had to talk to expedia....so i reviewed (this is my second review) havent heard back.

I liked the hotel. My only is, one day my room was halfway cleaned. Only one bed was made, and the bathroom was cleaned but hair was left on the counter

The room was great and clean. Staff was great. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

As soon as we entered the room, I noticed the drapes were broken from the rod. There were no cups or glasses in the room. It was improperly cleaned as I found shoes left by a previous renter. The back was missing from the TV remote exposing the batteries. The staff was friendly and tried but the building is in bad need of updating - painting, carpet, mattresses, towels.

Asked them to clean water-spotted window—which they did. Did not make up the bed. Breakfast was nice.Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was easy to access.
