This reservation No show. Requested through Expedia to cancel the reservation after 1 day of arrival. That request cannot be fulfilled. Review without the stay.

Mt only requirements are clean room and bed and pleasant people. I got all that and a pool. Bonus!!

I love the fact that they have decent looking/smelling smoking rooms. TV's/cable could use an upgrade.

I liked the fact that they have smoking rooms. Could use more than one trash can in the room. Need better cable provider or smart TV's.

Property needs an upgrade, however they do have smoking rooms.

A hotel that offers an indoor pool is great, until you realize that there is going to be noise heard inside the hotel. Being told that you are making noise and being loud, while there is a jazz band playing also inside the hotel, makes you wonder if you made the right decision. Also, the hotel should fix things like their jacuzzi when you hit the switch to turn on the jacuzzi. Singling out people doesn’t make the experience any better.

We understand your frustration with the noise from the indoor pool while a jazz band was also playing, and being singled out for noise when others were contributing. This situation definitely wasn't ideal.We're taking steps to address these issues. We'll be reviewing how sound travels from the pool area to ensure it doesn't disrupt guests in their rooms. Our staff will be retrained on guest communication regarding noise levels, focusing on a balanced approach. Additionally, we'll schedule immediate maintenance to repair the jacuzzi.We appreciate your bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve the guest experience at this location. We hope that on a future stay, you'll experience a peaceful environment with all amenities functioning properly.
