What they don't tell you when you book The Room is they want $100 deposit when you get there. Very noisy ! The shower leaked from each of the hot and cold water valve and leaked out the backside of the shower head. The bed had a metal frame underneath it and every time you rolled over or sat on the bed it would bang and clank underneath so if you're going to sleep don't roll over. Coming back to Clarksville in a month I will be staying across the street.

The room we stayed in was clean, however there was a light fixture with exposed wiring in the bathroom, the door to the room would not open properly (the locking mechanism kept sticking, so it took us over 10 attempts each time we tried to enter the room), when I tried to check in, it took over 15 minutes for the attendant to show up (and only after I finally called from the lobby), and the breakfast was disappointing (lukewarm coffee, stale pastries, not much else). I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but the entire experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We will not return.

The property is on the lake and the lakeview and balcony was nice. The Bathroom tub was not clean and was an odor. The was vomit on the sidewalk and parking lot.

Wouldn’t allow early checkin; bed needed replacing
Your website confirmed cost for air, hotel and car at the time of booking - yet Thrifty car rental put an extra fee on our charge account when car was turned in. It was returned in a timely manner with a full tank of gas

Nice place to stay. Standard hotel breakfast included. Is a good home base to explore the Kerr Lake area.

Our first stay here was fine. Our most recent stay was very disappointing. Bathroom tub was dirty, there was used soap & shampoo left from previous guest along with a makeup cloth on the sink.
The wĥite comforter had a quarter sized blood stain and the comforter was just flipped over so it wasnt apparent upon first glance. We discovered the stain when we pulled the covers back to get into bed. The hallway carpet was not vacuumed, there was visible dirt, bottle caps, pieces of tissue and mud. The free breakfast was not very appetizing, eggs, sausage and potatoes were all cold.
We were very disappointed.

Property was fairly basic but worked ok for our stay. Would have given it more stars but I was kind of put off by the manager (or another worker?) bothering the heck out of the poor guy checking us in. He was trying his best to give us his attention but every time I would ask a question guy number 2 would pop around the corner and need something right that second so it was hard to even get through the check in process. The location was amazing for walking into town and the restaurant right across the street was absolutely fantastic.
