The hotel was clean and comfortable. Has many restaurants and shopping close by. I would stay there again.

Staff wasn't able to answer simple billing questions. Same question got two contradictory answers by the same person hours apart. Orange juice dispenser was diluting the concentrate with too much water. I advised the staff and was told that maintenance would have to fix this. Need better breakfast options.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We are so sorry to know that the juice dispenser was not working up to standard during your stay, and will be looking into solutions. In regard to the billing questions, the confusion on the end of staff may be due to the fact that you didn't book directly through Best Western. Booking through Expedia/Third party can change how billing operates, and so front desk staff may have answered differently if they assumed you were a direct booking at first. I'm sorry for the confusion this may have caused.

Great clean room. Switched from Baymont, worth the extra, all day every day.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Friendly check in, clean, quiet. The bathroom layout around the shower was a bit wonky but no big deal. The shower itself though was excellent.

Stayed Friday to Monday and never record house cleaning. Had to call for towels, coffee etc. Breakfast was suppose to be till 10 on holiday weekend's. Went down at 9:30 and everything was being put away.

The holiday breakfast time was changed awhile ago, and so I deeply apologize that you were given outdated information, and that we failed to take necessary measures to prevent this happening to you. In regard to housekeeping, they don't do room service on Saturday and Sunday, and so I also am incredibly sorry that you weren't informed of these rules being in place by staff also.

couldn't get house keeping to refresh the towels every day for 3 days even when I spoke to them in the hall way .

I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of room service. We don't have room service on the weekends (sat and sun) and I apologize if you were never informed of that by all of our staff. If you lacked room service on our normal scheduled days, then I will discuss this with our team and have the necessary changes made so this doesn't happen again.

Carpets and bathroom felt grimy. Staff was as good as can be. Surrounding area seemed nice enough.

The TV wasn’t working properly in the suite, called front desk to no resolve.
