Noisy -- in a connecting room with loud neighbor and next to outside stairs also noisy. Recommend requesting quiet room. Things did quiet down around 8 pm

Thank you for completing our survey. We appreciate your feedback. I apologize you had noisy neighbors, quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. Any loud noise after that time, our front desk agents are happy to take care of the issue.

Used this as our home base for a visit to eastern Washington and western Idaho. Not a fancy place by any stretch, but the location is great - right next door to a pizza place, Baskin Robbins, and a burger joint, and across the street from a coffee kiosk and a card room/bowling alley. Not great, but good enough, if that makes sense.

Pros: Affordable price. Great polite staff Cons: the hotel is extremely outdated ( has not been updated for decades), white bath towels are very grey ( at some point used to be white probably in 1970s); area is unsafe; hotel and Clarkston stinks probably due to the factory near by.

Thank you for responding to our survey. We currently have a remodel scheduled. The smell is from the paper mill and is something we just call the "smell of money" as it is one of the largest employers in the area. While the area may appear to be unsafe, our hotel is very safe as security cameras, and property walks keep any unwanted visitors away. Clarkston PD is always quick to respond as we are known for our reputation to safety of our valued guests.

For a total over $200 a night, we expected a more up to date, clean facility. The property is an older hotel. Our bathroom had areas of cracked molding, stained tub & sink from hard water, old frayed bathmat and towels, no drinking glasses. The television was very small for the size of the room. The bed was comfortable but that was the only positive about our experience. I am always disappointed with hotels in the Moscow/Pullman/Lewiston/Clarkston area. They really gouge customers with absurdly high rated during WSU or UI major events. We were there for business that had nothing to do with the two universities. However, it was homecoming weekend at WSU so every hotel within a 50 miles radius doubled or tripled their rates. We won't return to this hotel again.

Thank you for responding to our survey we appreciate your feedback. Yes, we are an older facility but are scheduled for a remodel. Our prices, I am sure were much less than the Moscow/Pullman area and possibly our area also. We hope you keep an open mind and try us again. Have a great week.

Both front staff male (bald) and female (reddish/brown hair) asked me several times "why are you here?" when I checked in and the next morning asked me the same thing and more personal questions about why am I at the hotel. Also the bed was very firm and the TV was at such a angle that it was hard to watch TV when lying on the bed. The metal stairway outside the window was very loud every time someone walked up or down it.

Thank you for completing our survey. There is a section of our check in process that asks us to fill in a section as to why you are here. The primary reason is to track companies and groups or individuals who would be eligible for discounts. Without this information we are unable to apply discounts. We apologize for noise on the stairs as we had a sold out weekend which involved several baseball groups. Have a great week.
