The room smelled of mildew and urine. AC needed servicing to clean filter, and when turned off made clicking noise in the middle of the night. Pet friendly room, but smelled like no effort had been made to negste odors. Contacted River Tree and Expedia, but after 24 hours, no response. Luckily the 2nd adult couldn't make it or she would have been hospitalized due to asthma and lung issues.

Pretty straight-forward place to stay - not bad, not outstanding. But that's what I needed for one night.

Staff was friendly. check in was quick. The area is ok. Breakfast was basic but fresh and good coffee.

An easy motel to find— easy check-in, super friendly front desk person. A 2-3 inch foam pad on the bed would do wonders! It was comfortable, but the pad would make it perfect! Maybe do upgrades with the tv. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

The pool in the center of the hotel rooms around it. Felt very safe. Even tho a little older bathtub could have been a little cleaner. Overall good

The place had worn and torn carpet in the room and hallway and plumbing problems. I would not recommend it.

Booked through Expedia so property cannot do any adjustment. Travelers beware of third party bookings!!

Thank you Steve, I truly appolizge for the issues and power outage the morning of you departure. It was an outage that affected a vast majority of Clarkston and the power company worked hard to get it back up before the estimated time.
