And in this case, it is borderline deceptive, or outright deceptive. I would like a full refund. And then I would like a FREE future reservation for my wife and I for one night, for one room, so that we get to have the experience we were hoping too. I have more info. Up front calling herself manager. put the laptop in front of my face and showed me how it was “so obviously” pictured as a suite. It’s a funny thing I have all pictures of rooms and descriptions on your app. And my room was listed as only “2 queen suite” while the one she chose to show me like an angry 11 year old would who’s trying to prove she right is enough to keep me from this location in the future.
