I needed to change the date, because I couldn’t go that day and Expedia wouldn’t give a refund not happy with ecpedia

Allen, the concierge, did welcome us with a great warm personality. True and dedicated to his job. Check in process, Faith, made it quick and efficient. I salute people like these. Thank you all for the amazing stay!
