This property was conveniently located. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was in good shape and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

When I book with 3rd party companies I assume issues will occur and this time the room that i booked was not available. I accepted a regular room. I originally canceled aa regular room do to an error of Sept 14, when I canceled the cheap room I was offered a more expensive room with a jacuzzi and gladly excepted because I was feeling sick. The room was not available when I arrived but accepted a lower valued room as long as it had a bathtub. There was no hot water and was told the hotel ran out and hot water would be restored. I had a temperature of 102.4F but had to leave this hotel because hot water was not restored when I woke up. The staff was excellent and I refuse to leave a bad google review because I understand these issues. Expedia gets the thumbs down as a 3rd party company offering rooms that are not available. I typically always contact thw hotel to make sure jacuzzi's are clean and available when booking a room because this is a common problem. I did not do this and assume responsibility but my urgency do to what I thought might be covid and needed to rest. I tested negative for Covid and booked a room hoping this bug would go away. After driving from Canada to Rigby Idaho I had a room with a jacuzzi booked directly with Motel 6. Stayed for 2 days and recovered from flu. 3rd Party companies do not care or confirm room availability and I will only utilize them if they confirm availability and working jacuzzi.

Sorry fot not using the hot water at that time.It has been changed a brand new hot water heater now.We will offer the better service next time

I made it clear to the manager that I was unable to be near feathersat all due to a severe allergy. He provided 1 hard pillow only & I moved the pillows on one of the 2 beds as far from the space as possible. In the morning, I gad to find a pharmacy to get allergy pills to make it thru the 2nd night. We were not compensated when we got there & were told there would be no brunch as advertised as it was shut for a while. When we were handing in the door cards on the 2nd day, a mouse ran across the hall from under the brunch door.

Yes, we remembered that you told us that you have an allergy after you check in. we told you that we give a memory-formed pillow to you and return the feather pillows. You did not return them. So we thought you were fine.(Generally, customers bring their own pillows if they have a feather allergy)Also, we do not mention any breakfast offer online at all. We hope that you need to develop your research skill on the web reservation and then complain about it. You kept endless requesting like towels, coffee while staying and we offered them continuously to satisfy the customer service.In fact, we were not going to say that the house keepers refused to clean your room which was so messy and disgust like a pig farm. It took a while to persuade the house keepers to clean your room even if they could not breath.(We had to turn on the air-ventilation machine in your room for a while)We did not kindly charge any penalty for the room messyLastly, Why didn't you write that a mouse is flying and drinking beer with us in the hall? We averagely meet 90% ordinary normal customers, 8% very humble, nice ones and the rest 2% worst ones.We hoped that you make a lot of money and stay a Hilton or Marriott hotel to offer free breakfast and non-allergic pillows
