The hotel room we stayed in was clean and a lot cheaper than other local hotels. We needed to rebook our original hotel, and this motel was available for a quick night's stay at a reasonable price. The room needed some updating for sure. However, it was a close 12-minute drive to Buffalo Airport (BUF).

Rooms were a bit dated, but staff were amazing,beds comfy, rooms were clean,shower had great pressure. Was there for a concert and travel to and from was easy. Would definitely stay again

I arrived to check in and found the property to be very run down and dirty including the office. When checking in the owner told me my room with a queen bed was not available so he put me in a room with 2 full beds. I asked why and explained that was not what I reserved and paid for. He said that's all he had left and couldn't put me in my room because the toilet wasn't working. I told him i was not happy but he did nothing about it to make it right. At that point would have loved a full refund and would have went down the road paying the $300-400 for a clean, safe room. He gave me a key for the room with 2 full beds and told me room 19. As I walked to room 19 I couldn't find the room as there was no room doors with the number 19 on it. I found a room with no number on it in between 18 and 20 and figured this must be the room. The door was open so I knocked and went in reluctantly. The room smelled of pee and vomit. There was human hair on everything- the bathroom sink, the bed sheets and in the shower. The toilet may have been cleaned but it wasn't cleaned well as it was dirty behind the toilet seat. The electrical outlets had no covers. The main door coming into the room had just the door handle lock, no dead bolt or any other lock. Someone could easily use a credit card or something else to get in the door. Needless to say I did not sleep that night nor did I shower in the room. It was a quick 4-5 hour sleep for the night and a quick exit in the morning.
