The 4 star rating is not justified in my view. The interia look tired and it could do with some up dating. The staff seemed inexperienced, although not rude, i would not say they were friendly and welcoming.

No A/C . Beds small. No refrigerator in room. No ice bucket.

I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.I understand your concerns about the lack of air conditioning, the size of the beds is surprise to me though as all our rooms have either queen or king size beds. The absence of a refrigerator in the room could have been resolved on the day as we have some limited stock available, otherwise we can provide a cold room storage. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience these issues may have caused during your stay.Regarding the ice bucket, I would like to clarify that we do provide ice buckets upon request. I regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred and I assure you that we will strive to communicate our services more effectively in the future.Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us improve our services and the overall guest experience.
