When we arrived they assigned us a room with the toilet dirty . We returned to reception and we were assigned to an upgraded room, we found out that the shower handler was not working , we complained with reception again and they assigned us another regular room that was for a handicap person. In the next day when we returned we found out that the room was not clean, they just did the beds and replaced towels. When we left we asked for 1 hour more for the check out and the lady at the reception was very rude and said we are totally booking no extension. So very bad experience with this hotel, we will never return because of the above experience. I'm not recommend this hotel

It's OK, staff helpful, but no restaurant service of any sort when we arrived late as pane delayed. Nothing nearby, Dominos just about to shut so coudn't even order pizza :/ Madfrid no longer is a late city. Hotel getting a bit elderly. Breakfast good.

Avoid and go to a better hotel

Very mucky room. The walls all stained, the carpet was filthy, broken lights, everything outdated. The only thing that was nice was the bathroom. The smell of the entire floor was cigarettes and the room smelt like animals. I had to leave the window wide open for my entire stay. Not ideal

There was too much humidity in the room they gave me. And i wanted to eat the nuts in the refrigerator they were expired. And expedia send me a message that i have a VIP access but honestly i didn’t realized the difference than a normal access because expedia mentioned that I’ll receive a beverage for 2 person per stay and they gave me nothing. And the location is not good location for tourist, so far from downtown and from public transportation. I tried many hotels in spain this one was not the top. It was average.
