The suite was perfect for the whole family. Just didn't have time to enjoy the pool need to stay more days next time.

love the good energy from all the employees and how accommodating they are!! everything was amazing as always!! great food!! we had a hot tub out in the balcony. it was a perfect view of juarez and el paso!!

Posted 15 Apr 2024 on HotelsMy family and I stayed from April 12 to 15, there are four of us and we only had three towels on the first day and two towels on the following days, a security guard was rude to us because we arrived late at the hotel, he wanted me to tell him until W
what room were we staying in, a complementary lunch waiter always wanted to be funny but was very rude, they didn't clean the room properly, they just made the beds and that was it, we always gave them good tips but that didn't help at all. I definitely do not plan to return to that hotel.

isnot phone working in the room, no hands towel, no water inside, the heater ins to noisy, they don't upgrade the room.

I didnt like that they have the coffee maker in the bathroom, not enough parking, i did like the employees courtesy, polite and been friendly!
