Good hotel compared to other quality in Juarez. The breakfast place is a bit sad with low lighting, they should turn on the lighting to make it livelier

"Me hospedé en este hotel por más de 10 días durante mi visita a Ciudad Juárez para asuntos de inmigración en el consulado. Sin embargo, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera inolvidable fue la amabilidad y ayuda de todos los empleados. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Ángel, uno de los meseros del restaurante, por su excelente servicio y trato. Es una persona muy dedicada y comprometida con su trabajo.
También quiero destacar la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta los trabajadores del restaurante y las camareras. Todos son personas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar.
Muchas gracias por hacer que mi estancia fuera tan agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite Ciudad Juárez."
