I have traveled the world and this was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was small, outdated and dirty. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable. The food was awful and the customer service was rude and dismissive. When I wanted to discuss issues with my reservation with the manager, the manager was never present. In the USA Marriott is generally recognized as a quality hotel. How this hotel ever became a part of the Bonvoy group and to have the Marriott flag is incomprehensible I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.
