service and communication not good at all I feel and property conditions are not good to

The rooms/bathrooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast was great. Front doors were always open so anyone could walk around hotel even if they weren’t a guest. Overall, For the price and location, I would stay again.

Stayed here twice. Staff is friendly, and it's a pretty & relaxing place in the middle of a busy city. Well priced, decent breakfast.

Service at restaurant is awful. constantly waiting for milk, coffee and eating utensils!! which I believe is caused not by the staff but the lack of it...They seem to try and save money by operating with minimal staff insane small things but its constant. Can't operate a restaurant with 2-3 people out front serving and cleaning. not fair to the restaurant staff because they are the ones taking the heat for poor management!! I had a reservation for 2 but a staff member wanted to charge me extra for taking a meal to my room when there was actually no tables ready as they were all taken or not cleaned of used plates!! door to my room was very hard to close-open and I warned them that if it broke that I did not want to be blamed - well it took them more than 6 days to fix! they don't allow visitors to go to your room and its not due to security reasons, its done for money! they will charge you 40K pesos PP even if that person simply goes up for an hour to visit you. Security can be satisfied by simply registering that person using their personal identification like other surrounding hotels do! crazy changes at this hotel which I believe will cause me to NOT stay there again!

Furniture must be changed to newer or modern ones. Room was ok but needs modernization. Breakfast was very limited. Restaurant had a less appropriate smell.
