We booked this hotel 5 month in advance. Our flight schedule 3 month ago and change to leave a day earlier we tried to see if they would let us come a day earlier and they would not honor the change and wanted another day at full rate. To top it of they wound not refund us since they have a no refund policy

Friendly staff, beautiful blend of building and gardens; great facilities and pool.

The check in was perfect. We really appreciate after plane delay. We highly recommend.

We arrived and they were overbooked so they walked us to a different property. This would’ve been ok since they were not going to charge us, but the Highway exit to get there was closed due to a truck accident so we had to find other accommodations since we were in a different country and not familiar with the area. Extremely inconvenient after a day of traveling. We made this booking on the same day so the hotel should’ve closed out their inventory instead of allowing us to book.

First the good. Friendly staff, nice pool area, good gym, great breakfast, comfy beds, walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Now the not so good. Room smelt of damp, curtains and blinds were covered in mould, shower was lukewarm and zero noise insulation, could hear every word and snore from room next door
It is an older property and has a certain charm
compared to modern concrete boxes but the damp and noise insulation need addressing

I liked the breakfast, the service, the pool and the hot tub.
The room was big and comfortable.
