Beautiful hotel for my 12 year old son and I for a 2 night stay in London. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, a few minutes walk to the Marble Arch tube station. I’d definitely stay again.

I moved my stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless. I liked the matcha teas, they have a variety of food choices at breakfast. The room was very clean and there are heated floors in the bathrooms. The staff are very friendly. I would stay again.
