However, we know late check in was provided to due specific room number you have requested. At the same time as a form of compensation we provided late check out for all your three rooms, complimentary till 3 pm.Our dedicated team of professionals is usually recognized for their warm welcome and attentive service, so it is disheartening to learn that you did not feel this during your stay. We strive to provide a better experience, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
