Great location and friendly staff. Upon arrival rood had food on the floor, there was a mess in the bath and there was no milk. Bed uncomfortable and small. Friendly staff

You do pay a lot for the location but it is perfect for the West End. Two minutes walk to the nearest tube station. The room itself was a decent size, amazing shower and good facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient. Many, many restaurant on the doorstep.

The hotel is in need of some renovations. Common areas do not match the rooms quality. Great place to just lay your head down but rooms are nothing to write home about. Customer service is subpar, not very welcoming or pleasant.
