Excellent hotel & just a short walk from Paddington station. Staff friendly & attentive I've already booked a third stay in December. Breakfast is first class dont miss it.

Convenient place to stay when having to catch the Heathrow Express or just jump on the tube to get around London. Comfortable and clean.

Good hotel, our room was a little tight. Bathroom could feel more spacious with outward opening door. Overall had a good stay.

The location was great, and generally the room was nice - quite spacious by London standards. However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the day of check in, my sheets had a blood stain on it. I reported this to the front desk and when I returned to my room in the evening, the sheet was still there. The night employee had to get a new sheet and try to make it himself (since housekeeping had gone home). He also told me to speak with the manager in the morning - I did, and showed pictures of the blood stain, and there was never any follow up from the manager. We also noticed that when they clean your room, they don't change the sheets - they only make the bed and bring new towels. Several times new pillowcases were left on top of our suitcase. But then why not just change them? Additionally, if this matters to you - the rooms don't really come with deadbolts that you can lock when you're inside.

Worst hotel in London.

Raj the trainee was completely rude when arriving extremely poor customer service skills. Staff seem like they’re there to not offer any help or welcoming to the hotel. No manners at all. No information about breakfast so we missed that. Room wasn’t big enough for one person let alone two. TB didn’t work. Only good thing was the cleanliness of the room Would not recommend at all to anybody.
