Dukes London is fabulous! From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel is classic and Dukes Bar is legendary. They make martinis at your table. Expensive but it’s what you would expect from an iconic spot. rooms are spacious, bathrooms large, turndown service and waters in the room. Can’t say enough about this property and the customer service. Sabrina at the front desk was the most friendly, helpful person ever and got us into the wait-list bar and restaurant and offered great suggestions on how to maximize our time in London. Location is PERFECT to see all the sights.

A small, traditional hotel in the heart of London which has become our go-to place when we visit. Unique and charming.

Service and friendliness of staff are top notch. They really go out of their way to be helpful and kind. We were sad to only spend one night with them. Easy walk to Buckingham and gardens. Pubs and restaurants were less busy in this area.

A really lovely hotel in a perfect central location. Only stayed the one night but we will return, such lovely staff and immaculate and quiet rooms.
