Cannot beat the location to Buckingham and Westminster Abbey. All others easily accessible by the London Tube. Plan a bit more time for Ubers in this area as there is congestion.

I was on the fourth floor, not by the elevator, yet every 5-10 min the whole room rumbled like a very heavy lorry drove by at high speed. It was very disturbing and woke me several times.

Stayed 4 nights last four nights. The hotel is in a great spot. Walkable to Buckingham Palace and Many other sites. Hotel is spotless . Best part is the entire staff , everyone not just a few were amazing. Two couples and all 4 of us had similar praises.

Excellent location in a great area of London. The Pub has great food. Our room was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good, too. Will return here.

This hotel was a perfect location to all the main tourist sites of London. Would have rated “excellent” for all above categories except for one little issue that was mind boggling- the glasses that were given to us as a welcome drink were never removed from our room. Eventually wee even placed them outside our door - & yet there they remained for several days.

Book me again! This place was centrally located between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. But the real joy was the service - every person was delightful. Each went out of their way to ensure you were happy with the room, the breakfast buffet, the check in. No detail was left to chance. The little extras put them over the top.
