Upon arrival the reception staff member was very friendly and welcoming.
Hotel was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable.

The hotel was close to Baker street underground and all bus stops, it was a convenient location

Room so very very noisy. You just can’t sleep.
Been to reception no one there. Called the hotel from my room no answer. Even sent an email no response

There was no hot water during my stay and apparently in the whole hotel. There was nothing thay could be done so I had to have a cold shower.
The room was very run down and overpriced. Wouldn't ever stay again even if there was hot water.

I happened during peak time of gas use on cold days (6am to 10am) during 2 or 3 days due lack of gas pressure in the area.However, our dedicated and skilled maintenance team has resolve it, with an alternative solution to void this inconvenience happen again.Please note our prices change according to the offer and demand of our location. So, some days, guests can feel they are overpriced and other days, a pure bargain, in particular for the privileged location we are.Please don't hesitate to contact directly with us to offer you a special discount rate and to ensure you will have a perfect experience all our guest worth.Kind regards,

My room was on the ground floor with a fire escape and emergency door to outside so I did not feel very safe. The room itself was clean but super tiny. The bed went from one wall to the other and then there was a little room on each side but you have to crawl over the bed to get to the other side. There was no luggage rack and the bathroom was so small that there were no shelves or counter space in the bathroom so the towels were on the bed.
They didn’t have Kleenex/facial tissues.
The neighborhood is fantastic so that makes up for some of the price.
