"Firstly, I would stay here again! The apartment was very spacious, clean and easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped and super useful. One bath and one hand towel for a whole week wasn’t ideal and no obvious way to get clean ones. Emails about how to get in were clear, so no contact otherwise needed. When I arrived though there was a terrible smell in the apartment from the drains, which went as soon as I ran all taps and flushed loo a few times. I assume no one had been in for a while....

"Nice apartment. I was rather frustrated waiting with the last second countdown for a code. Seems elementary. That is the reason for the mid-grade score. However, when I asked for a few supplies, they were delivered promptly. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and quiet. We would highly recommend. "

"A community event occurred outside our hotel room playing awful blaring music until 2 am. Was not told of this event upon booking. Room very hot, stuffy and could not open window because of the blaring music! Would not recommend it!"

"It is true rhat when you first see the Gasthoff you do not get the best impression. The outside could do with renovations and the reception looks a bit messy. "The contactless check in was confusing and difficult. The was no one at the desk, inside a locked door. Opening the doors was weird and no instructions. The room smelled of bug spray so strongly it was hard to sleep. No instructions on checking out, just had to guess."

"Room was quiet, beds really comfy and had a great night's sleep. Owner friendly and chatty (his English was very good!). We were on a motorcycle and had no issues parking, plenty of space all hard standing and safe. Evening meal was good and hearty, and we could sit outside where there is a really lovely garden. Plenty for breakfast - bread rolls, meats, cheeses and home made jams. We were just stopping off for one night, but overall a great stay!"
