Hands down one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! The customer service was top notch. The employees were a joy to be around. I look forward to going back and staying again!

Great stay but sometimes desk not manned. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long.
Wasn’t thrilled about having a wheelchair accessible room, as showering wasn’t a great experience. It was very expensive for a Wednesday overnighter.

Only stayed one night! Centrally located, spacious, quiet, and convenient. Really appreciated Ian at the front desk who was attentive to our requests and very helpful.

Stayed in room 407. Was shocked to discover work tops had not been cleaned and was covered in some sauce on kitchen area surfaces, dirty hand prints on coffee table, crumbs on sofa. Its like only the bed was changed and bathroom cleaned however the kitchen and living room area was not cleaned at all. I had to go get a cleaner to show her the uncleaned areas in the apartment which was cleaned then. Upon looking inside the fridge to after it had not been wiped out inside for some time. I had requested extra bedding for the sofa bed, which I had neither received. Not what one would expect from an establishment for that money!!

We have gone back to our housekeeping department to find out what happened there. We also don't see any notes in your booking from Expedia or the sofa bed to be set up for you on arrival.
