Outside air conditioning units noisy. Bathroom clean, but needed a bit of updating.

There was no TV because of "WEAK OR NO SIGNAL" in the room. Also WI FI was hit or miss. Very unusual in a city centre hotel of this calibre. Have to pay £12 for parking, not stated in Expedia booking.

The room was lovely, fresh, clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed. All staff were very helpful and friendly. I couldn't fault it and can't wait to go back.

Expedia owe me £212.00 as they had 2 rooms booked i only needed 1 executive room for 2 people but instead i was informed at check in & there were 2 rooms & money had been taken for both. I am requesting a refund for the room not used or needed whichvwas cancelled at check in

I’ve already provided this feedback but I’ll do it again….Expedia should be ashamed of themselves as should Marriott. Unbeknownst to myself, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations across multiple floors simultaneously- the power tools being used to shatter and remove the ceramic tiles in the rooms were ridiculous- and started early everyday. I tried to get help from Expedia- that’s like trying to find a unicorn…I insisted on a full refund or another hotel immediately- I got neither. So I’m making it my mission to make everyone aware of the support or lack thereof one can expect from Expedia. I had to pay for my hotel but stay on my cousins pull out sofa an hour away from Glasgow. Miserable experience and deplorable treatment of a senior citizen

Lots of construction and hotel was being remodeled so very noisy. Also around the hotel The staff was lovely and everything else was very nice especially the executive lounge
