We had no room key for our entire stay!
Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsWhen we arrived at the hotel we had no room keys due to a problem with the door. For our entire stay this was not resolved so every time we came into the reception we had to ask to be taken to our room which almost felt like we were inconveniencing staff. It felt very insecure as anyone could have asked to be let into our room at any moment.

We had a great stay at StayCity Christchurch. 10 minute walk to everywhere! Staff was fantastic arranging taxis. Would recommend!

The apartment itself was beautiful - felt and looked new. Staff was A . Bathroom smelled a little musty. There’s a chance it was user error but the washer/dryer combo wasn’t working (it took 3 hours to dry a medium sized load). Neighborhood was sketchy!

This property was in a very central and walk friendly location. Rooms were clean and bright. The washing machine was especially a bonus after travelling for a few weeks. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Dublin!
