Welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Only gave 4 stars because of the intermittent smell of sewer in the room. But it seems to be a common thing throughout Italy in our travels thru Italy.

Fabulous hotel! Quirky, clean, comfy. Excellent location and the staff worked so hard. Great breakfast choice too. Would definitely stay here again :)

Room was large and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk from train and bus stations. Located close to all the main attractions. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable and elegant accommodation within easy walking distance of the city centre. It has an unassuming entrance but, once inside, it is smart, clean and welcoming.

Wonderful staff ... so accommodating and friendly. The beds were so comfortable and breakfast was good. Great location.
