Modern, rooms were clean and bathroom was larger than expected

They gave us a very small room and did not help us to carry our things and we had to pay extra for the extra room and breakfast.

Your reservation was for a Family Room with a Room Only rate, which was correctly assigned to you at check-in. We understand that the room may have been small for your needs, and for this reason we promptly offered you a free upgrade to a more spacious room as soon as it became available the following day.Regarding breakfast, we confirm that your reservation did not include it, but you were offered the option to add it for an additional fee. We have no record of extra payments for the room, as the upgrade would have been free of charge.We are sorry that you decided not to take advantage of the upgrade and did not allow us to move your luggage to the new room, as you requested.Our goal is to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction for all our guests, and we regret that we were not able to do so in your case. Great Three Star Hotel
Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsHotel Kleos was a very good three star hotel. We had a superior double and it was clean and had a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but it was a bit short. My feet extended off the bed. The front desk was helpful and kind.
