In addition, the entrance or the place where it is located it is not the typical open street with taxis and all staffs. This is an apartment-like hotel enclosed in a gate-dependent entrance, where you have to ring the bell. The staff is not available 24/7, I had some problem for the check in and some complications with the language...

Would benefit from directions before arrival and to nearest public parking .we had a very late night at opera night before & staff came to ask at 9am if we were still coming for breakfast which started at &.30 to 10. "This was a nice location in the center of Verona. Very conveniently located to most of the main tourist attractions and plenty of places to eat. The area seemed pretty safe. Keep in mind that its a communal living area so there may be other people there with you, but you just share the kitchen and the bathroom. The people who were there at the same time as me were nice and we had no problems. My only comment is that the comforter on the bed we got seemed pretty old and could have done with a...
