The location and staff here are both excellent. The hotel is in good condition, but showing its age a little. Parking is not on site but is close by. Good value for what you pay.

Great location and a lovely old building but....
so much more could be done with it. The staff are good but not fantastic, the rooms are large but could be better. Our bathroom was smelly from the drains. We had a door from our room to a lovely first floor courtyard seating area but it was poorly maintained and not cleaned. Would have been wonderful to sit out there and have a drink. The breakfast was good but not top quality e.g. orange juice concentrate, tinned fruits that we had to be served by the staff. To sum up we had to step around a small gecko in the corridor just outside out first floor bedroom door as we left on the final morning. How the hotel rates 9.6/10 I do not know.

Lovely hotel. Room spacious and spotless. Great location. Coffee and breakfast good. Decor is old style Italian elegance, which I really liked.

Upscale hotel in a very walkable area. Nice breakfast as well. Unfortunately, using GPS made it a bit difficult to find. Parking was also a 2-5 minute walk away in a covered garage.

We stayed at Hotel Accademia for one night to show our kids Verona, we had very nice adjoining rooms and the staff was so friendly. We had a welcome drink in the library and breakfast in the am. The hotel has all of the old world charm of Verona and it's central location is perfect. We look forward to coming back to Verona and staying there again.

Great location in heart of Verona -- no issues except carpet is very old and a bit smelly. Staff was great.
