When I searched for the hotel it showed me that it is a 5 star hotel but it wasn’t, it was a 4 star hotel. It was very noisy in the weekend and that is because the rooms are not sound proof. Food in the restaurants was not that good and I was served a smiley spoiled fish. Also the price was a little expensive for such type of hotel. Frankly speaking will never stay there again.

Rooms have very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything around you.

Great resort within earshot of Jakarta

receptionist cannot differentiate the room
Posted 29 May 2023 on HotelsI asked if I can get a room with the bathroom position on the left-hand side, but the receptionist said all the bathrooms are the same. it's an uneducated point of view from somebody who works in hotel industry.
It's clearly some hotels rooms have different bathroom position.
next time, just listen to your customers, and just give them what they want!

My wife and I only stayed for a few days but we really enjoyed the hotel and all the beautiful scenery it offered. It was very relaxing and peaceful.
