I liked the fact that i didn't feel like i was staying at hotels. The apartment also had a way for me to wash and dry my laundry. The neighborhood was very nice and safe.

Posted 21 Jan 2019 on HotelsThe location is great as it’s close to the city, but parking is only free on the street. You have to pay for a box in the garage if you want secure parking. The space was great for our family, clean secure apartment with a small kitchen. We would stay again.

Posted 26 Sep 2018 on HotelsNo hot water to take a shower after 9pm. The apartment front door was already broken (sign of forced entry) and maintenance never came to fix it. No free parking as advertised, and of course is very hard to find a street spot at night in the area.

Pros: Good property very clean and very spacious.
Cons: Door opening mechanism.
Location: Shopping mall and restaurant nearby.
Good location with parking and shopping mall nearby.

We are sorry that you found congested shower. In these cases, we recommend you to immediately contact the Staff, that will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Regarding breakfast, we don't give this service, as it was written in the characteristics of your apartment before purchasing your stay. We recommend you to read with attention terms and conditions of your stay before buying it. Anyway, we offer our Guest a welcome kit in every apartment at their arrival, with some desserts (like mini croissants), tea service and herbal teas, coffee machine and a kettle for their first breakfast. Besides, in front of the property, there's a nice Cafè where you can taste an Italian breakfast or lunch.
