The rooms were disgraceful, downstairs was a bit better, some staff were lovely, others not so, location was abysmal as is the outside of the hotel.

Faculties are good, clean and spacious. But limited restaurant around it. You have to travel to get to the city proper

2-3 star, not a 4 star hotel as advertised

Beautiful hotel. Minus the need to change the hallway carpets. Most staff were incredibly friendly, minus who I believe was the hotel manager. He was rude to other front desk staff and was kind of rude. Restaurant was great. Location is close to tram station and had good parking for cars.
